Gyrotonic Expansion System is an exercise system based on spinal motion designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength. The motion patterns emphasize multiple joint articulation, strenghthening the surrounding ligaments including the attachments and increase range of motion.

Private session: $80 - 1x, $375 - 5x, $700 - 10x
Semi-private: $55- 1x, $250- 5x, $450- 10x per person
Half hour session: $40 - 1x, $350 - 10x
Small groups (3 to 4 people)$40 per person-1x, $350 - 10x
** Apprentice pilates trainers are available for private $45, semi-private $35 per person
